Prakash Raj excited to be part of Vijay's Thalapathy 66

Actor Thalapathy VIJAY is all set to make his debut in Telugu with ''Thalapathy 66 directed by Vamshi . The film produced by Dil Raju and is said to be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. While we had earlier reported that acclaimed actor Prakash might be part of the film, it was recently officially announced that he is part of the film. Now, popular actor himself has confirmed the same with a picture of himself with Vijay.

Interestingly, Prakash Raj has previously shared screen space with actor Vijay in films like Ghilli, Pokkiri, Sivakasi and Villu. Reports are that Prakash is said to be playing a positive role in 'Thalapathy 66'. Interestingly, Prakash Raj had also acted in Vamshi's Brindavanam, Thozha, and Maharshi earlier.

Sharing apicture with of himself with Vijay, Prakash Raj posted, "Hai Chellam sssss. We are back #thalapathy66" (sic)

It is known that Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead, while Sarath Kumar plays an important role in the film. The team has already begun shooting and are currently in Hyderabad for the shoot. The team of 'Thalapathy 66' had recently announced that actors Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Shaam, Telugu actor Srikanth, and Yogi Babu are part of the film.

Vijay’s Next Seals its Release Date

 Tamil star Vijay’s new project under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently at the pre-production stage. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 67, the film marks the second time collaboration of the star actor-director duo after the 2021 film, Master. Already reports came out that Trisha is finalized as the female lead opposite Vijay.  ‘Varisu’ third single: Thalapathy Vijay in a blissful melody after a long time! Thaman has composed this blissful song, which is called the 'Soul of Varisu', with the lyrics by Vivek. Veteran singer KS Chithra, who is popularly known as 'Chinna Kuyil', crooned this number which depicts a mother's lullaby for her grown son. The lyric video of this two-minute song is very pleasing to the eyes. Jayasudha plays Vijay's mother in the film.
