Dance choreographer Shobi on ‘Varisu’: It is a family story and all Vijay fans will like it

 Actor Vijay after the success of his film ‘Beast’ is now shooting for his next film directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Tentatively titled ‘Thalalapthy 66’, and now named ‘Varisu’, the movie is a Tamil – Telugu bilingual film and it stars Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, Prabhu, Sarathkumar, Shaam, Srikanth, Prakash Raj, Sangeetha Krish and Samyuktha Shanmugam. The music for the movie is composed by S Thaman.


The first schedule of the film was completed last month and now the second schedule of the shooting is taking place in full swing. In a recent interview with a regional media, dance choreographer Shobi who worked for ‘Varisu’ revealed that the film has a good storyline and added that the film will be liked by all age groups audiences. He reportedly stated that Vijay has a family audience as well and they will also like the film as it is a heart-warming family film.

Earlier it was reported that the movie is an emotional family drama and will be high on action and sentiment. The movie is planned for a release on Pongal 2023. On the work front, after ‘Varisu’, Vijay will be working on his next two films tentatively called ‘Thalapathy 67’ and ‘Thalapathy 68’ which will be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and Atlee respectively. Vijay will be collaborating with the director Lokesh Kanagraj for the second time after ‘Master’ and with Atlee for the third time after ‘Mersal’ and ‘Bigil’.
