Vijay’s Leo: Dialogue writer confirms the return of this iconic character?



Leo is one of the most-anticipated Kollywood movies this year. The recently released announcement teaser grabbed the eyeballs of many. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the movie is currently in its shooting phase.


The latest news is that Leo’s dialogue writer Rathna Kumar posted a picture on his social media profile which created more expectations for the film. It is already known that Leo is a part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). In the picture, Rathna showcased the broken glass of Santhanam played by Vijay Sethupathi in Vikram. With this, it is almost confirmed that Santhanam played by Vijay Sethupathi is not dead in Vikram and will appear in Leo. However, we need to wait for the official announcement from the team.


Leo has Trisha Krishnan as the female lead. Priya Anand, Sanjay Dutt, Gowtham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Arjun, Mathew Thomas, Mansoor Ali Khan, and others will appear in crucial roles in this biggie, produced by Seven Screen Studios. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director for this pan-Indian flick, scheduled to hit screens on October 19, 2023.

Vijay’s Next Seals its Release Date

 Tamil star Vijay’s new project under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently at the pre-production stage. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 67, the film marks the second time collaboration of the star actor-director duo after the 2021 film, Master. Already reports came out that Trisha is finalized as the female lead opposite Vijay. News also came out that Vijay will be seen as a fifty plus years old gangster in the movie and Bigg Boss Tamil 6 fame Janany is locked for the daughter role in Thalapathy 67. On the other hand, the buzz is also circulating that even Kamal Haasan and Fahadh Faasil will be a part of the film.  ‘Varisu’ third single: Thalapathy Vijay in a blissful melody after a long time! Thaman has composed this blissful song, which is called the 'Soul of Varisu', with the lyrics by Vivek. Veteran singer KS Chithra, who is popularly known as 'Chinna Kuyil', crooned this number which depicts a mother's lullaby for her grown son. The lyric video of this two-minute song is very pleasing to the eyes. Jayasudha plays Vijay's mother in the film. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Yogi Babu, Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Srikanth, SJ Suryah, Prabhu, Khushbhu, Jaysudha, Ganesh Venkatraman, Sangeetha, Samyuktha and others.
