'Leo': The Chennai schedule of Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj's film to start on March 29

Vijay's film with Lokesh Kanagaraj has been titled 'Leo' and the reunion of the 'Master' duo has a huge expectations among the audience. The shooting of the film is happening briskly. After wrapping the Kashmir schedule of 'Leo' on March 23, the team has been on a short break. But it's just a week break for the team as the next schedule of the film commences tomorrow March 29 in Chennai.


The 'Leo' team will be filming a popular film city in Chennai, and the schedule is to happen in the city for the next few weeks. The shooting of 'Leo' is heading faster than expected, and the entire filming is to be wrapped up by May. The final schedule of the film will happen in a film city in Hyderabad, and the climax portion of the film has been planned to be shot finally.

Apart from Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial 'Leo' also has Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Menon, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy, Babu Antony, and Mathew Thomas among others in pivotal roles. Reported to be a gangster action drama, Vijay will be seen in multiple looks, and the film is locked to release on 19.10.2023. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music, while the cinematography is handled by Manoj Paramahamsa.

Vijay’s Next Seals its Release Date

 Tamil star Vijay’s new project under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently at the pre-production stage. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 67, the film marks the second time collaboration of the star actor-director duo after the 2021 film, Master. Already reports came out that Trisha is finalized as the female lead opposite Vijay. News also came out that Vijay will be seen as a fifty plus years old gangster in the movie and Bigg Boss Tamil 6 fame Janany is locked for the daughter role in Thalapathy 67.  ‘Varisu’ third single: Thalapathy Vijay in a blissful melody after a long time! Thaman has composed this blissful song, which is called the 'Soul of Varisu', with the lyrics by Vivek. Veteran singer KS Chithra, who is popularly known as 'Chinna Kuyil', crooned this number which depicts a mother's lullaby for her grown son. The lyric video of this two-minute song is very pleasing to the eyes. Jayasudha plays Vijay's mother in the film.
