'Thalapathy 66' title and first look poster to be launched on Vijay's birthday

 The second schedule of ‘Thalapathy 66’ is underway in Chennai, and as per the reports, the first look and title poster will be launched soon. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, ‘Thalapathy 66’ features Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, Prabhu, Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Srikanth, Jayasudha, Sangeetha Krish and Samyuktha.

According to news reports, the movie makers have scheduled a photo shoot for tomorrow in Chennai for ‘Thalapathy 66’. It is reportedly stated that the production house is planning to launch the title and first look poster on June 22 which also marks actor Vijay's birthday.

The official announcement from the movie makers is yet to be out. ‘Thalapathy 66’ is a bilingual film and it is touted to be a family drama. The movie is set to hit the theatres on Pongal 2023.

Meanwhile, the first schedule of the shooting was completed last month in Hyderabad and after a small break, the shooting began in Chennai.

On the work front, Vijay was last seen in ‘Beast’. After ‘Thalapathy 66’, the actor has two projects in pipeline with directors Lokesh Kanagaraj and Atlee.

Vijay’s Next Seals its Release Date

 Tamil star Vijay’s new project under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently at the pre-production stage. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 67, the film marks the second time collaboration of the star actor-director duo after the 2021 film, Master. Already reports came out that Trisha is finalized as the female lead opposite Vijay.  ‘Varisu’ third single: Thalapathy Vijay in a blissful melody after a long time! Thaman has composed this blissful song, which is called the 'Soul of Varisu', with the lyrics by Vivek. Veteran singer KS Chithra, who is popularly known as 'Chinna Kuyil', crooned this number which depicts a mother's lullaby for her grown son.
