Thalapathy Vijay to star in the 100th film? - Actor Jiiva's viral statement!
Super Good Films is a renowned film production and distribution company in South Indian cinema. RB Choudary founded the production house in the late 1980s. Super Good Films has presented many successful and memorable movies to Kollywood.
The production company has also introduced evergreen filmmakers to Tamil cinema like K. S. Ravikumar, Vikraman, Sasi, Ezhil and N. Lingusamy. Actor Jiiva is the youngest son of RB Choudary. Now, the hot news is that Jiiva recently confirmed in a media interaction that Thalapathy Vijay is likely to play the lead in the 100th film of Super Good Films.
It is worth mentioning that Vijay and Super Good Films have already collaborated on six blockbuster films - ‘Poove Unakkaga’, ‘Love Today’, ‘Thulladha Manamum Thulum’. ‘Shahjahan’, ‘Thirupachi’ and ‘Jilla’. If everything goes well, the superstar actor will team up with the production house for the 7th time for their 100th project.
Jiiva met the media to promote his upcoming game show Sarkaar on September 12. At the event, Jiiva said, "RB Choudary met Thalapathy Vijay last week to invite him to work on the prestigious 100th production venture. I have been asking my dad to give me a role in the film. I told him that I'd be happy to do the film without getting a remuneration. (laughs)." However, there is no information on the project's director.
Notably, Choudary's son Jiiva was cast in the debut lead role for the film Aasai Aasaiyai which is the studio's 50th film. Then, the South Indian superstars Mohanlal and Vijay shared screen space for the first time in Super Good Films' 85th project 'Jilla'. On the work front, Thalapathy Vijay is currently shooting for 'Varisu' co-starring Rashmika Mandanna.
