'Varisu' has become Vijay's highest-grossing film, surpassing the worldwide collection of the actor's 2019 blockbuster 'Bigil'. 'Varisu', starring Vijay, was released in theatres during Pongal, and it competed with Ajith’s ‘Thunivu’ at the box office. According to reports, the makers of 'Varisu' will soon release a new poster indicating the same, while Vijay’s followers will once again celebrate on the social media. The OTT release of the movie has been postponed due to the positive reception to the picture in theatres, and the film is now anticipated to stream from February 22.

'Varisu', directed by Vamshi Paidipally, is about a businessman’s family who encounters many challenges. R.
